St Marys Works is located at the junction of Duke Street and the inner ring road at St Crispins roundabout.
The entrance/exit is located off Duke Street on the left, shortly before the traffic lights at the roundabout. The site is within easy walking distance of the city centre.
We are able to offer Car Parking Spaces with the following features:
- On Site Manager and Security Cameras
- A guaranteed space 0700 - 1800 hours Monday to Friday inclusive
- Parking (in a non designated space) also included at weekends and evenings
subject to availability - A 6 or 12 month contract, payable 6 monthly in advance
Licence Fees of £517 for a 6 month contract, or £987 for a 12 month contract (Including VAT)
